Guaranteed for Life
All my belts are Guaranteed for Life. If your belt ever fails as a result of my craftsmanship, I will fully refund your purchase amount or send you a new belt at no charge to you (with the same or similar options as the original belt). This Guarantee does not include damage to the leather or hardware as a result of normal wear and tear, or as a result of neglect, unintended use, or abuse to the belt.
Please contact me at support@brassblade.com if the belt ever fails during its intended use for the lifetime of the belt, and I will work with you to make it right.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
All my belts are custom-made for you based on the options you select when you place your order. I'm unable to issue refunds, returns or exchanges once I start working on your belt. If you change your mind after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible at support@brassblade.com. If I haven't started working on your belt yet, I will work with you on a full refund or a modification to your order.
Please inspect your belt as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately at support@brassblade.com. I will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that any shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or tariffs paid by customers are non-refundable.
Natural scars and digital photography
Natural scars, grain variations, and subtle shifts in tone are hallmarks of real leather. I use real brass hardware in my belts that could develop and show scratches and patina, and are not considered defects in craftsmanship. In addition, because of lighting and the nature of digital photography, the colors you see on your screen may differ slightly from the belt you receive. Because of these factors, I'm unable to issue refunds, returns or exchanges due to natural scars or grain, hardware scratches, or color variations.
